Jurgen Goedhart Appointed New Managing Director of Profource

As of July 1, 2025, Jurgen Goedhart will succeed Vincent Traas as Managing Director of Profource. After more than 12 years, Vincent is passing the baton to a familiar face within the organization. Jurgen has been with Profource for over 15 years and, for the past 7 years, has served as a board member leading the Finance & Control unit and Finalise.

New Leadership, Trusted Direction
Jurgen will form the new two-person executive board of Profource together with Jean-Marc de Jonge, who has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at the same time. Together, they will oversee the Finance & Control unit, the Oracle ERP unit, and Finalise, with its SAP expertise. Under their leadership, a new operational management team has been established, made up of experienced managers from within the organization.

Jurgen on His Appointment:
“Profource is an organization that enables people to grow and lets results speak for themselves. My journey from consultant to managing director highlights the strength of that model. With a sharp eye on technological developments, changing client needs, and an increasingly complex market, our focus is on creating sustainable impact. Together with Jean-Marc and the organization, we will continue to strengthen our position as a trusted partner in Finance & IT.”

Our Strength: People and Systems
With over 300 consultants, Profource helps organizations advance at the intersection of Finance & IT. We are the leading Oracle expert in the Netherlands, supporting organizations with the implementation, optimization, and management of Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and NetSuite.
