The challenge
Mosa uses NetSuite as the core of its ERP landscape and Microsoft Copilot as the AI tool in daily operations. While AI offers significant potential within Finance and Supply Chain processes, there was no secure and scalable way to truly connect Copilot with NetSuite.
Standard solutions did not exist. NetSuite and Microsoft speak different languages, and existing AI integrations mainly focused on generic models such as ChatGPT or Claude. For Mosa, this was insufficient. The ambition was to leverage AI within the familiar Microsoft ecosystem, without compromising on security, governance and process reliability.
Our approach
Profource and House of Redmore brought together the required Microsoft and AI expertise to bridge this gap. We developed an architecture in which Microsoft Copilot and NetSuite can communicate with each other securely.
We designed and implemented a smart translation layer between Microsoft and Oracle, enabling AI instructions from Copilot to be converted into concrete actions within NetSuite. The focus was not solely on technology, but on practical use cases that deliver immediate value to daily processes.
From the very start, we worked closely with Profource and Mosa to ensure the solution was scalable, secure and future proof.
How we helped Mosa move forward
Thanks to the integration, AI is now an active part of NetSuite processes at Mosa. Manual tasks are automated, the risk of errors has been reduced, and employees can focus on work with higher added value.
Concrete applications include the automatic processing of order confirmations, intelligent registration of goods receipts through image recognition, and the analysis of market prices based on online data. These applications save Mosa hundreds of hours each year and increase control over data and processes.
With this solution, Mosa is among the first organizations worldwide to deploy Microsoft Copilot within NetSuite.
