We are pleased to share that Gerjan van Lopik has been appointed AI & Tech Acceleration Lead at Talent&Pro.

Gerjan has been part of Talent&Pro since 2014 and has grown from the Banking & Business unit into the role of Principal Consultant at House of Bèta.

Over the years, he has developed into a specialist in artificial intelligence and a driving force behind technological innovation. His work for clients has shown how AI can strengthen decision-making, improve processes and unlock new opportunities.

In his new role, Gerjan will focus on accelerating the integration of AI and emerging technologies within Talent&Pro. His key priorities include:

• Strengthening Performance Center solutions with AI
• Enhancing the added value of consultants through AI and exploring new business models
• Developing practical use cases that enable office colleagues to increase their impact

This new role at Talent&Pro fits within House of Redmore’s broader ambition to embed AI and technology across its companies in a way that supports people, improves performance and prepares the organisation for the future.
