First mover in AI and NetSuite

House of Redmore, Profource and Mosa enable Copilot and NetSuite to work together

The best innovative solutions arise when standard solutions fall short. Driven by the ambition to embed AI not alongside but deep within existing business processes, Profource and House of Redmore decided together with customer Mosa to build something that did not yet exist: a working and secure integration between NetSuite and Microsoft Copilot. Not as an experiment, but as a concrete solution with immediate business impact.

The ambition behind the collaboration
Within Finance, Supply Chain Management and Customer Relationship Management there is enormous potential for AI. At the same time, many organizations already work daily with Microsoft Copilot, while their ERP system largely remains a closed environment. The shared ambition was clear: to connect these worlds and truly make AI part of NetSuite processes. Profource recognized this opportunity with customers such as Mosa and, together with House of Redmore, deployed the required Microsoft AI expertise and permissions to integrate Copilot securely and at scale.

From idea to working innovation
With consultants from House of Redmore and Profource, a multidisciplinary AI team was formed. The core challenge was that Microsoft and Oracle do not speak the same language. By developing a smart translation layer, it became possible to reliably translate AI instructions from Copilot into actions within NetSuite. This architecture makes it possible to securely make NetSuite data available to Copilot and, conversely, to execute AI driven actions within the ERP system.

Concrete business impact at Mosa
For Mosa, this integration means that AI is not a separate tool but an integrated part of daily operations. The solution enables highly practical use cases. Examples include automatically processing order confirmations from email into the correct purchase order in NetSuite, or taking a photo of a delivery note after which the goods receipt is immediately and correctly registered. More complex applications are also possible, such as comparing sales prices with those of competitors based on online data. These automations save Mosa hundreds of manual hours each year and significantly reduce the risk of errors.

What makes this case distinctive
This solution does not exist as a standard NetSuite integration. House of Redmore and Profource are among the first parties worldwide to have connected NetSuite to Microsoft Copilot in this way. This makes them first movers in the field of AI within NetSuite environments, specifically for organizations working within the Microsoft ecosystem. The case with Mosa shows what is possible when you do not wait for the market, but build what is needed yourself.

Collaboration as the foundation
The realization was only possible through intensive collaboration. Stef Tielbeke and Mark Midavaine of House of Redmore were responsible for the AI and integration architecture. From Profource, Regiena Zimmerman and Lars van Blitterswijk, among others, worked on the functional and technical implementation. House of Redmore also facilitated the deployment of the required Microsoft tools, with support from Thomas Dehaene and Dries Van Den Bossche of House of HR.

Looking ahead
Together with customers such as Mosa, Profource continues to explore which new use cases AI can enable within NetSuite. At the same time, the market is closely monitored. It is expected that Microsoft will introduce its own solutions in the future. Until then, House of Redmore and Profource will continue to invest in innovation that already delivers value today for organizations that want to go beyond the standard.
