Martin de Jong is joining ITDS as the new CEO

From December, Martin de Jong is joining ITDS as the new CEO. His arrival marks an important step in the further development of the organisation within House of Redmore. We are pleased to welcome Martin on board and look forward with confidence to how he, together with all ITDS colleagues, will help shape the next phase of growth and professionalisation.

Extensive experience in the financial sector

Martin brings a strong track record in financial services. Until recently, he served as Director of Insurance at Monuta. Before that, he held several executive positions at DELA for many years, including Director of Cooperation and Insurance in both the Netherlands and Germany.

Leadership focused on people and development

Martin believes strongly in creating an environment in which professionals can bring out the best in themselves and achieve sustainable results together. His leadership vision aligns closely with the culture and ambitions of ITDS and the wider House of Redmore group.
